Frankie Tal-Shahar has been an Analyst at Kreshmore Group since January 2026. His primary responsibilities include assisting management with real estate capital markets, restructuring, and debt financing opportunities. He will be developing marketing materials and pitch decks, building financial models, analyzing client portfolios, and interacting with lending institutions.

Prior to joining Kreshmore, Frankie interned with the Origination Group, a buy-side advisory firm. His focus was on origination, early-stage due diligence, and building financial models across the Business Services sector.

Franking earned his B.S. and Master’s Degree from Northwestern University, where he was a four-year Division I student-athlete. During this time, he also interned at GSI family office, where he analyzed financial reports and existing investments across Industrials. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends, and being by the beach.
