Prior to joining Kreshmore, Mike built his career as a manufacturing entrepreneur, acquiring nine manufacturing companies and participating in raising more than $200 million in private capital to support acquisitions, real estate, and business expansion. His experience spans precision machining, industrial automation, aerospace manufacturing, and operational leadership, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face.
